Muhammed Lutfi of Alvar who liued between 1968 and 1956 spent his life time as an imem and as a teacher in medresseh in Hasankale, Erzurum. He is a man fo heart who was good at Arabic and Persian languages to be able to write poems.
Muhammed Lutfi who was one of teh 19th century turkish scholars and sufis has a Divan named “Hulâsatu‟l–Hakâyik and Mektubât-ý Hâce Muhammed Lutfîâ€. Moreover, it has been indicadet that a work called “Divan-ý Lutfî†in the exhibition hall of manuscripts in Atatürk University belonged to him, though it has not been proved to be true, yet.
Muhammed Lutfi‟s sheikh was Muhammed Pîr-i Küfrevî Excellency who was one of the sheikhs of NakĢibendi Tariqua.
