Özet

Bu çalışmada imanın özü niteliğindeki hayâ ve tasavvfun özü niteliğindeki edep kavramlarının insanın hakîkati ve tasavvufun gayesi bakımından değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Tasavvufun insanın aslına dönüş yolculuğu olması hasebiyle mezkûr kavramların imanın en saf formatında, yani çocuklarda ve çocuklukta izdüşümleri analiz edilmiştir. Bu bağlamda ilk bölümde hayâ ve edep duygularının kaynağı olarak utanç duygusu geniş bir bakış açısı ile değerlendirilmiş, akabinde felsefi literatürde ve İslam ahlâk felsefesinde iffet kavramı çerçevesinde zikredilmiştir. İkinci bölümde tasavvufta hayâ ve edep kavramları detaylıca tahlil edilmiş ve utanç duygusunun tasavvufta nasıl olgunlaşıp özelleşerek yerini hayâ ve edep duygularına bıraktığı serdedilmiştir. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise öncelikle tasavvufta çocukluk başlığı ile tasavvufî literatürde çocukluğun ifade ettiği mânâ açılımları gün yüzüne çıkarılmıştır. Akabinde çocuklarda utanç duygusunun nasıl teşekkül ettiği ve utançla ilişkili ahlâki olgular, gelişim basamakları göz önünde bulundurularak ahlâki bakımdan irdelenmiştir. Son olarak çocuklarda edep ve hayâ duygularına eşlik ettiği düşünülen birtakım kavramlar, tasavvufî izdüşümleri ile birlikte zikredilmiş ve böylece konuya bütünlük ve derinlik kazandırılmıştır.

Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to evaluate the concepts of haya as the essence of faith and the adab as the essence of sufism in terms of the truth of man and the purpose of sufism. In order for sufism to be a journey back to the origin of man, the projections of the mentioned concepts in the purest format of faith, that is, in children and childhood, have been analyzed. In this context, the feeling of shame as the source of haya and adab feelings was evaluated with a broad perspective in the first chapter, and then mentioned in the philosophical literature and Islamic moral philosophy within the framework of the concept of iffat. In the second part, the concepts of haya and adab in sufism were analyzed in detail and it was revealed how the feeling of shame matures and becomes special in sufism and is replaced by feelings of haya and adab. In the third and last chapter, firstly, the title of childhood in sufism and the meaning expansions expressed by childhood in sufi literature have been revealed. Subsequently, how the feeling of shame is formed in children and the moral phenomena associated with shame were examined from a moral point of view, taking into account the stages of development. Finally, a number of concepts that are thought to accompany the feelings of adab and haya in children have been mentioned together with sufi projections and thus the integrity and depth has been given to the subject.
